Karen has been shooting for 5 years, seriously for the last 2. English Sporting and Sportrap are her preferred disciplines.

But she will have a go at anything.

Started seriously at Abbey Clay Shoot where Pete Campion has helped her along the way with her clay shooting and game shooting.

She now shoots at various grounds, Horne, Dartford, Southdown to name a few.

Last year she had just one goal and that was to have a go at the Kent Sporting Ladies title, which was the first badge she won. After that she just had a go at which ever Kent championships she could get too.

At the end of the year she finished with the five titles listed to the left.

Her aims for 2008 are to try and shoot better retain her of the titles.
